Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Who we are and what you agree to
Polycite (polycite.ai and app.polycite.ai, “the Service”) is provided by STACKLYTECH YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK LIMITED ŞİRKETİ, 15 Temmuz Mah., Üniversite Bulvarı No: 320, 27560 Şehitkamil / Gaziantep, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). These terms are a contract between you and us.
By creating an account, starting a subscription or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a company or an agency, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms.
Payments: Paddle is our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms
The Service
Polycite asks AI assistants and AI search engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude and Grok) the questions you track, in the markets and languages you choose, and reports how they mention your brand, your competitors and your pages. It also offers audits, briefs, reports and recommendations.
AI answers change from one run to the next and differ by country, language and engine. The Service reports them with their uncertainty, but it cannot guarantee any ranking, visibility, traffic or sales, and its recommendations are not legal, financial or other professional advice.
Some parts of the Service are generated or collected from AI systems and may be incomplete or wrong. You decide how to use them and remain responsible for what you publish.
Plans, prices and taxes
Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars. The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
Paddle adds the sales tax or VAT that applies where you are, and may show the price in your local currency. Payment methods are those Paddle offers at checkout.
If we change the price of a plan, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies; the new price applies from your next billing period after that, and you can cancel before it does.
Free trial
The Starter plan comes with one 7-day free trial per workspace. Checkout asks for a payment method; nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription continues and the first payment is taken when the trial ends. The other paid plans have no trial and are billed from the first day.
Changing and cancelling
You can change your plan or billing period at any time on the Plan and billing page. Moving up is charged at once, pro rata for the rest of the period; moving down is credited pro rata against your next payments.
You can cancel at any time on the Plan and billing page or in Paddle’s customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; until then the plan stays in force, and afterwards the workspace returns to the Free plan with its limits. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your account
Keep your sign-in e-mail secure; anyone with access to it can sign in. The owner of a workspace is responsible for the people they invite and the roles they give.
If you track brands for clients, you confirm that you are allowed to do so and to share the reports with them.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive; to send spam; to infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights; or to interfere with its security, for example by spreading malware, probing or attacking our systems, scraping the Service, circumventing plan limits or sharing access to get around them.
You must not use the free tools or the crawler to target sites you have no legitimate reason to check, or to overload them.
Your data and our intellectual property
You keep all rights to the data you put into the Service: brands, competitors, questions, knowledge cards, logos and connected data. You allow us to process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Notice.
The Service, its software, design, methodology and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use, share and publish the reports and exports you create with it, including under your own brand on agency plans.
Availability
We work to keep the Service running and your data safe, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI engines and data providers outside our control may change or become unavailable, and maintenance may pause parts of the Service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account or workspace for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. Where possible we warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.
You can delete your workspace or account at any time in the app; we then delete its data as described in our Privacy Notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before it arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we tell you by e-mail or in the app at least 30 days before they apply. If you continue to use the Service after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without taking away the mandatory protection consumers have under the law of the country where they live.
