Free checks
When you run a free check we store the brand, website, market and category you enter and the AI answers we collect. If you ask for the full report, we store your e-mail address to send it, and your choice about tips by e-mail. Free checks and these addresses are deleted after 90 days.
Accounts
For an account we store your name, e-mail address, language and the workspaces you belong to. Sign-in uses one-time links; we do not store passwords.
Crawling your site
Our crawler identifies itself as PolyciteBot. It reads only public pages of the sites you ask us to check, and never pretends to be an AI crawler.
Processors
AI answers are collected through data providers and AI APIs; e-mail is sent through our e-mail provider; data is hosted in the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it at any time: privacy@polycite.ai.
